How We Design Weddings:
Throughout the wedding planning process, we will speak with you in depth about the feel and color palette for your day. We’ll walk through the details for each of the elements you're looking to have designed and brainstorm together about options and design style to coordinate with your venue and overall vision! Around 1-2 months before your wedding, we'll reach out to our suppliers and growers and discuss what elements are looking best within your specific design plan. We use the very best that the season has to offer! Therefore, we don't promise very specific flowers or foliages - as those may or may not be looking beautiful the week of your wedding depending on weather, season, and growing conditions. Focusing on seasonality allows us to create the most gorgeous designs for your day! In late spring, summer, and early autumn, the large majority of our blooms and foliages are all grown right in WNY!
It’s very important to us to create for couples who truly love what we do. We’re incredibly passionate about our work and our weddings and the very best designs come from a positive relationship with our couples; knowing that both parties are equally thrilled to be working with each other to create a unique and stunning day!
Our Style & Offerings:
We specialize in full-service weddings that require personals florals (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.), ceremony décor, and reception centerpieces and décor. Our style is garden-inspired and seasonal and we’re passionate about thoughtful high-end design; every element having a purpose and place to be enjoyed all night long.

Booking:
We will respond via email within two weeks of receiving your inquiry form with an estimated total cost as well as an inspiration document based on your answers. In order to secure your wedding date and proceed forward, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500. We will then be in touch to schedule an in-person consultation approximately 5-7 months before your wedding date to discuss details more specifically in person. It is important to note that your deposit secures your wedding date and also your floral budget. Given the elements included in your inquiry form remain the same or similar, your total spend is to remain in or above your stated budget.

Please take time to detail your thoughts thus far, but also know that we are more than happy to help you build that vision together! If ever you are unsure, simply notate that you’d like assistance with a certain section and we’ll provide ideas and suggestions in our response.
We will use this inquiry form to assess if Wildroot will be a great fit to bring your vision to life. If we feel positively, we will proceed to the next step in booking. If not, we’re happy to recommend fellow Buffalo florists that we feel will be best to create for you specifically!
